What is the Customer Support Tool?

The Customer Support Tool is software to read various setting data from the cash register via an SD memory card and change it on your computer. You can use the following functions of this tool.

Setting data

You can edit and save various settings such as department, PLU or clerk data on your computer.

SD memory card

You can exchange settings with the cash register via an SD memory card.

Logo data

You can set logo data to print on the receipt to the cash register via an SD memory card.

Connection with QuickBooks® Pro

You can import sales data from the cash register and export it via SD memory card to QuickBooks® Pro on your computer.
