Trouble Shooting
If you have a problem while using Customer Support Tool, refer to the table below.
Trouble | Solution |
Cannot use an SD memory card | • Insert the SD memory card correctly. |

| • Before trying to read data from the SD memory card, write data from the |
| cash register to the SD memory card. |

Cannot read logo data | • Create a bitmap file satisfying requirements below and select it. |

Cannot write logo data into an SD | • If the black rate of the bitmap picture is beyond the limitation, reduce the |
memory card | proportion of black part or adjust position of black part so that black parts |
| do not concentrate in any particular area. (The black rate has to be less |
| than 35% in whole and 30% in part.) |

Cannot type letters in the textbox | • Some textboxes such as “TEXT” or “PRICE” have limitations about |

Characters read from the register | • Although the cash register can handle characters below, Customer |
