Playable Discs
This DVD Player can playback the following discs.

•This DVD receiver uses the PAL/NTSC color system, and cannot playback DVD videos recorded in any other color system (SECAM, etc.).
•Avoid using
•Do not use discs that have residue from adhensive tape, rental discs that have peeling labels, or discs that have custom labels or stickers. Otherwise, you may not be able to eject the discs or the DVD receiver may become inoperative.
About playing copy-controlled CDs
Some audio CDs feature copy protection that doesn’t conform to the official CD standard. Since these are nonstandard discs, they may not play properly in the

•DVD players and DVD Videos have their own Region Code numbers which are assigned to each country or area as shown below. DVD players are set to your Region Code number at the factory. As a result, if the region code number of this DVD player is different from that of the DVD Video, playback of the DVD Video will not be allowed by the DVD player.
