Nivel 2.

Herramientas necesarias: Destornillador, llave hex de 3 mm, cepillo

de metal suave.

Piezas necesarias:

Rejilla, empaquetadura

1.Quite la tapa del motor. Consulte en “Limpieza del sistema de enfria- miento”, las instrucciones paso a paso.

2.Ponga el pistón en el punto muerto superior para impedir la entrada de carbón/polvo en el cilindro.

3.Quite la guía del extractor (A), empaquetadura (B), y rejilla (C) del cuerpo del silenciador.

4.Limpie los depósitos de carbón de la componentes del silenciador.

NOTA

Al limpiar depósitos de carbón, tenga cuidado de no dañar el cuerpo catalítico.

5.Reemplace la rejilla si está rajada, taponada o tiene agujeros debido a quemaduras.

6.Monte los componentes en sentido inverso.

NOTA

Al instalar la tapa del cilindro, asegúrese de que las lengüetas de la empaquetadura del silenciador (D) estén trabadas en las ranuras de la parrilla del silenciador y el cable del interruptor de parada esté asentado en la arandela de goma.

IMPORTANTE

Se debe inspeccionar el orificio de escape del cilindro y se debe limpiar el exceso de carbón cada 3 meses o 90 horas de operación para mantener este motor dentro del período de durabilidad de las emisiones. Shindaiwa recomienda encarecidamente que envíe la unidad al distribuidor Shindaiwa para este importante servicio de mantenimiento.
