•NE PAS remiser l’outil avec du carburant dans le réservoir. Des fuites peuvent se produire. Vidanger le carburant dans un jerrican homologué pour l’entreposage.

Remisage

Les lois concernant l’entreposage de carburant varient selon les locali- tés. Contacter les autorités locales pour les lois applicables. Par mesure de précaution, conserver le carburant dans un jerrican hermétique homologué. Entreposer dans un local inoccupé, bien ventilé loin de sources d’étincelles et flammes.

IMPORTANT

Le carburant entreposé vieillit. Ne pas mélange plus de carburant que l’on ne compte utiliser dans les trente (30) jours, quatre-vingt- dix (90) jours si un additif est employé.

IMPORTANT

Le carburant deux temps peut se séparer lors de l’entreposage. TOUJOURS agiter le jerrican avant usage.

démarrage d’un moteur froid

•Cordon lanceur : Ne tirer que 1 ou 2 tiers de la longueur du cordon pour lancer le moteur. Ne pas laisser la poignée du cordon lanceur se rabattre. Toujours tenir l’outil fermement

1.Manette des gaz/commutateur d’arrêt.

Pousser la manette des gaz (A) en avant, en position de ralenti. Pousser le commutateur d’arrêt (B) en position de marche (RUN).

2.Volet de départ

Mettre le volet de départ (C) en position « Cold Start » (démarrage à froid).

3.Poire d’amorçage

Pomper la poire d’amorçage (D) jusqu’à ce que le carburant soit visible dans la conduite de retour transparente. Pomper 4 ou 5 fois de plus.

4.Cordon lanceur

Tirer sur le cordon lanceur (E) jusqu’à ce que le moteur démarre (ou un maximum de 5 ou 6 fois).

5.Volet de départ

Abaisser le volet de départ (C) en position de marche et, si nécessaire, relancer le moteur.

REMARQUE

Si le moteur ne démarre après 5 tractions du cordon lanceur, mettre le volet de départ en position de « démarrage à froid » (relevé) et reprendre les instructions 4 et 5.

REMARQUE

Laisser le moteur se réchauffer avant d’utiliser l’outil.
