IMPORTANT

Pour maintenir la température de fonctionnement correcte du mo-

teur, l’air doit pouvoir circuler librement entre les ailettes du cylin-

dre. Ce courant d’air éloigne la chaleur de combustion du moteur.

Le moteur risque de surchauffer et de se bloquer lorsque :

Les admissions d’air sont obstruées, empêchant l’air de refroidisse- ment de parvenir au cylindre.

De la poussière et de l’herbe s’accumulent sur l’extérieur du cylindre. Cette accumulation isole le moteur et empêche la dissipation de la chaleur.

Le déblocage des passages d’air de refroidissement du carter moteur et le nettoyage des ailettes de refroidissement sont considérés être des « entretiens normaux ». Aucune défaillance due à un manque d’entretien n’est couverte par la garantie.

Nettoyage de la grille

1.Nettoyer la grille d’admission située entre le châssis dorsal et le corps de la soufflante.

Nettoyage des ailettes du cylindre

1.Retirer la bougie et le capot du moteur (quatre vis), puis ôter le capot.

2.Nettoyer les ailettes du cylindre (A) pour permettre à l’air de refroid- issement de circuler librement.

3.Remettre la bougie et le capot du moteur en place.
