4.PARE-ÉTINCELLES - CONVERTISSEUR CATALYTIQUE/SILENCIEUX - Le convertisseur catalytique et le silencieux contrôlent le bruit et les émissions de l’échappement. Le silencieux pare-étincelles et empêche que des particules incandescentes sortent de l’échappement. Garder l’échappement exempt de débris inflammables.

5. VOLET DE DÉPART - Relever le levier en position de « démarrage à froid » ( ) et pour les arrêts d’urgence. Abaisser le levier en position de marche ().

6.POIRE D’AMORÇAGE -Pomper la poire d’amorçage avant de lancer le moteur pour appeler du carburant frais du réservoir, et enlevez l’air de l’intérieur du carburateur. Pomper la poire d’amorçage jusqu’à ce que le carburant soit visible dans la conduite de retour transparente. Pomper 4 ou 5 fois de plus.

7.POIGNÉE DU CORDON LANCEUR - Tirer le cordon lanceur lentement jusqu’à ce que le démarreur s’engage, puis tirer vigoureusement, d’un coup sec. Une fois le moteur lancé, retenir le cordon. NE PAS laisser la poignée du cordon lanceur se rabattre, ce qui causerait des dommages.

8.RÉSERVOIR DE CARBURANT - Contient le carburant et le filtre à carburant.

9.BOUCHON DU RÉSERVOIR DE CARBURANT - Bouche hermétiquement le réservoir.

10.TUBES DE SOUFFLANTE - Les systèmes de verrouillage exclusifs permettent de serrer les tubes.

11.MANETTE DE COMMANDE DES GAZ - Tirer vers l’arrière pour accroître le régime moteur. Des rondelles freins maintiennent la manette des gaz en position.

12.COMMUTATEUR D’ARRÊT- Monté sur le dessus de la poignée. Le pousser en avant pour faire tourner le moteur, le tirer en arrière pour l’arrêter.

13.BANDOULIÈRE - Permet d’accrocher la soufflante sur le dos de l’opérateur. Les sangles sont réglables.

14.POIGNÉE - Permet de diriger et de contrôler le débit d’air.

15.GÂCHETTE DES GAZ - Un ressort ramène la gâchette en position de ralenti lorsqu’elle est relâchée. Appuyer sur la gâchette progressivement afin d’obtenir l’accélération optimale pour la technique de travail utilisée.

16.BOUTON DE VERROUILLAGE - Permet de régler la position de la poignée pour un confort et un contrôle maximum.
