Using the answering machine in the C 150 Base

Operating the answering machine from the handset

The handset's loudspeaker activates automatically if you receive an acoustic prompt or announcement while operating the answering machine from the handset. Press the top half of the ckey to deactivate handsfree mode.

Activating/deactivating the answering machine

When you have activated the answering machine, the residual memory time is announced and ×appears in the display. The ökey on the base lights up. If the memory is full and one announcement is present (page 41), then the answering machine switches automatically to that announcement. Is there is no announcement, it deactivates. In this case delete old messages. The answering machine automatically returns to the original announce mode when the old messages have been deleted.
