Handset settings
Activating/deactivating advisory tonesYour handset uses 'advisory tones' to tell you about different activities and statuses. The following advisory tones can be activated and cancelled individually (the default setting is On).
◆Key click: Every key press is confirmed.
◆Acknowledge tones:–Confirmation tone (rising tone sequence): at the end of an input/setting, when the handset is placed in the base and when an SMS or a new entry arrives in the caller list or also answering machine list (C 150).
–Error tone (a falling tone sequence): with incorrect inputs.
–End of menu tone: when scrolling at the end of a menu.
◆Battery tone: The batteries must be charged.
