Using several handsets

Internal calls, ending a call

Internal calls are calls with other handsets that are registered on the same base. These calls are free.

Calling a specific handset or all handsets simultaneously.

Open list of handsets.

Call a specific handset:

Select the handset (your own handset is checked ‰)

 

and press the top half of the key.

or ...

Call all handsets ('group call'):

Press the star key. All handsets are called.

... then

End the call:

 

Press the end call key.

 

◆ To call a specific handset, you can also enter the handset number after

i

you open the list, e.g. INT 2.

◆ If you receive a call during an internal call or group call, the group call

 

is not interrupted.

Changing the name of a handset

The names 'INT 1', 'INT 2' etc. are assigned automatically. However you can change these names, e.g. to 'Anna' etc. (10 characters maximum). The changed name is displayed in the list of every handset.

Open list of handsets.

Select the handset and press the display key.

 

 

[__________] [Change Handset Name

] Select the menu item and confirm.

[OK ] Delete the old name with Û.

[OK]

Enter the name and confirm.

Press the end call key.
