Getting Started

Charging the Battery

New batteries are partially charged. Before you can use your phone, install and charge the battery, as follows.

Note: Some batteries perform best after several full charge/ discharge cycles.

Do This

1Three plugs are supplied with your phone. Select the one suitable for your country.

2 Insert the plug in the power supply unit.

3Press the two

components against each other until they click audibly into place.

4 Plug the travel charger into your phone with the release tab up.

5Plug the other end of the travel charger into the appropriate electrical outlet.

6When your phone indicates Charge Complete, press the release tab and remove the travel charger.

Note: When you charge the battery, the battery level indicator in the upper right corner of the display shows the status of the charging process.
