Setting Up Your Phone

Storing Your Name and Phone Number

To store or edit user name and phone number information on your SIM card:

Find the Feature	M> Settings > Phone Status
	> My Tel. Numbers

If you do not know your phone number, contact your service provider. To view your phone number from the idle display or during a call, see page 20.

Setting the Time and Date

You must set the time and date to use the calendar.

Find the Feature	M> Settings > Initial Setup
	> Time and Date

Setting a Ring Style

Your phone rings or vibrates to notify you of an incoming call or other event. This ring or vibration is called an alert.

The ring style indicator in your display shows the current ring style (see page 24).

To set a ring style

Find the Feature	M> Settings > Ring Styles
	> Style
	> the profile you want
