• The DEALER tab (

particular job, including
system design notes,
firmware upgrades, etc.
This information is not
transferred to the DAB1 — it
is saved only in the system
program file in your
computer.
• The CLIENT tab (

gives you a place to record
your client’s contact
information, along with
information about the
general contractor, interior
designer. etc. Like the
DEALER information, the CLIENT information is saved only in the system program file in your computer and is not transferred
to the DAB1.
Renaming DAB1s in a System with Multiple Units
To minimize confusion when programming systems with multiple DAB1s we
recommend that you rename each unit to identify it, such as “DAB1 #1 Zones 1-6”, and
“DAB1 #2, Zones 7-12”.
In the SYSTEMWORKSPACE area of the Device screen (see

Figure 41

), select each
DAB1 in the system and rename each one with a different name.
