Controlling Other Units with the Supplied Remote

By adjusting the remote signal, you can control your TV, satellite receiver or VCR with the supplied remote.

Notes

If you enter a new code number, the code number previously entered will be erased.

When you replace the batteries of the remote, the code number may reset itself to the default (SONY) setting. Reset the appropriate code number.

Tip

You can set the code number for your TV or satellite receiver separately.

Controlling TVs with the remote

TV ?/1

4 Press ENTER.

When registration is completed, the RM SET UP indicator flashes twice.

If registration is incomplete, the RM SET UP indicator rapidly flashes 4 times.

*Use the number buttons only to enter the code number of controllable TVs.
