When connecting with analog audio cannon cables

Connect a component to the ANALOG OUT (BALANCE) connectors.

Connecting a personal computer or work station

You can control the player with a computer by connecting your personal computer or work station.

Connect the equipment to the RS-232C connector using a D-Sub cable.

For details on setting of the RS-232C connector, see “Setting the Menu Options” on page 18.

If you have CD-TEXT discs

The player can read the information stored on CD-TEXT discs. When making this connection, the player transmits the CD-TEXT information to your personal computer or work station.
