Shooting backlit subjects – BACK LIGHT

Whenyoushootasubjectwiththelightsourcebehindthesubjectorasubjectwitha lightbackground,usethebacklightfunction.

Press BACK LIGHT in CAMERA mode.

The .indicatorappearsonthescreen.

To cancel, press BACK LIGHT again.

BACK LIGHTIfyoupressEXPOSUREwhenshootingbacklitsubjects

Thebacklightfunctionwillbecanceled.

Shooting in the dark – NightShot/Super NightShot

TheNightShotfunctionenablesyoutoshootasubjectinadarkplace.Forexample,you cansatisfactorilyrecordtheenvironmentofnocturnalanimalsforobservationwhen youusethisfunction.

While your camcorder is in CAMERA mode, slide NIGHTSHOT to ON. and “NIGHTSHOT” indicators flash on the screen.

To cancel the NightShot function, slide NIGHTSHOT to OFF.
