Notes

If you used the Learning function to program the VOL +/– or MUTING buttons to send a signal to a component, the procedure above will not change the function of the VOL +/– and MUTING buttons.

If you set a Learning function for sending an amplifier‘s volume control signal on a Component Select button other than TV, the priority of sending the signal is also set as follows from highest to lowest priority: AMP buttontVCR buttontCBL buttontDVD button. For example, if you “teach” the AMP button and the VCR button to send the amplifier‘s volume signal, when you adjust the volume, the signals on AMP button are sent to the amplifier first. If you “teach” the AMP button to send signals of other than for an amplifier, the signals is sent to the amplifier from the VCR button.
