Copying the settings of a Component Select button to another button
You can copy the entire settings of a Component Select button to another Component Select button. The settings of the component code (page 8) and the “learned” function (page 14) are copied to a new button.

2Press and hold for over 3 seconds the desired Component Select button to which you want to copy a setting from another component.
While holding down this button, the other Component Select buttons flash. Then, when you press the Component Select button which holds the setting you want to copy, all Component Select buttons light up. When copying is complete, any Component Select buttons other than the two buttons pressed, turn off.

1Press and while holding SET, press MENU.

To cancel setting, press SET.
Notes
•You cannot copy the settings to a Component Select button on which any “learned” function (page 14) has been programmed.
•Since you can only operate a TV using the TV Component Select button, and you cannot copy other Component Select button settings (other than for a TV) to the TV Component Select button.
•You cannot copy the Control Program function (Component Macro) to another Component Select button.
To return the setting of the Component Select button to the original component setting
Clear the “learned” function (page
20)and perform the original component setting following the procedure on page 31.
