For High Definition Users: High Definition content cannot be archived from an ATSC or OCUR HD Tuner. Please use the MCE feature Create DVDs when using high definition content to burn/ create a DVD. Please note that when viewing the newly created DVD, the content will NOT be high definition.
Important Notes
•The Archive TV process can be time consuming. The time required varies with the number and length of each episode selected.
•Once you select Start, it is recommended that you do not leave the Archive TV screen once the archiving process has started. Leaving the screen could affect the archiving process. How- ever, you can access other areas outside of Media Center.
•If you intend to run the Copy Music process overnight, please make sure that the setting for Automatic Updates is not activated. From the Windows taskbar select Start, and then Control Panel. Click on Security and under Security Center click on Turn Automatic Updating on or off. From the Automatic Updates screen, select the option Download updates but let me choose whether to install them and select OK. If the User Account Control popup box appears, click the Continue button.
