The unit’s internal system may be malfunctioning, or the unit may be suffering from strong electrical noise caused by power supply abnormalities due to being dropped, excessive static electricity, or lightning. In this case, disconnect the AC power adaptor, wait about 30 seconds, and then reconnect it.
The remote control does not work. The batteries of the remote control may not be inserted correctly. Insert the batteries into the remote control correctly (page 12).
The batteries are weak.
There are no batteries inside.
Point the remote control at the remote sensor of the unit.
An inverter circuit for a fluorescent light is near the unit. Move the unit away from the circuit.
