SETUP HANDSET
Overview
To go to set up mode, press and hold MUTE/PRG key for 2 seconds. The following modes will be cycled by pressing MUTE/PRG key. “CONTRAST **” 
“RINGER ON/OFF” 
“RING TONE A/B” 
“AREA CODE”
“TONE/PULSE MODE” “SET TIME”. To exit setup, press MUTE/PRG key when finished.
To Set Contrast
1.Press MUTE/PRG button to select “CONTRAST **”.
2.Press the

button to adjust display contrast to the desired level. The unit will show the default Time/date eg(12:00AM 1/01).
3.Press MUTE/PRG button to confirm.
To Set Ringer On/Off
1.Press MUTE/PRG button to select “RINGER ON/RINGER OFF”.
2.Press the

button to toggle RINGER ON and RINGER OFF. When RINGER OFF is selected the Ringer off icon will be displayed on the LCD.
3.Press MUTE/PRG button to confirm.

NOTE:
The handset will not ring when the ringer is “OFF”. If the handset is out of the cradle,
the LCD display will show “RINGING” during an incoming call.
To Set Ring Tone
1.Press MUTE/PRG button to select “RING TONE A/RING TONE B”.
2.Press the

button to toggle RING TONE A and RING TONE B.The selected ring tone will be heard for 2 seconds.
3.Press MUTE/PRG button to confirm.
