Hardware Setup SY-7IZB+

Follow these steps to install the CPU in the Socket 370:

1.Lift the socket handle up to a vertical position.

2.Align the blunt edge of the CPU with the matching pinhole distinctive edge on the socket.

3.Seat the processor in the socket completely and without forcing.

4.Then close the socket handle to secure the CPU in place.

Step 2. CPU Fan Installation

Your CeleronTM processor kit comes with a cooling fan. Mount the fan on the processor according to the instructions provided by the manufacturer. The fan is a key component that will ensure system stability. The fan prevents overheating, therefore prolonging the life of your CPU.

Note: Remember to connect the fan to the appropriate power

source.
