Getting Started With Sprint Worldwide Service
Before using your BlackBerry device in global roaming mode, you must activate Sprint Worldwide service.
To activate Sprint Worldwide service:
▶Chat with or email an international support rep. Visit www.sprint.com/international, click Traveling with a Sprint Device, and then click the Chat with us or Email us link on the right side of the screen.

Your SIM Card
Your BlackBerry device comes with a preinstalled SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card to support roaming on compatible GSM/UMTS networks.
Note: Your SIM card should be preinstalled. If you need to reinstall your SIM card, please follow the instructions below.
The SIM included contains infomation specific to your BlackBerry device and should be retained with the device for use on GSM/UMTS networks.
