SPRINT SPECTRUM L.P. accepts no responsibility for damages of any kind resulting from delays or errors in data transmitted or received using the Sprint Mobile Broadband USB Modem, or for failure of the Sprint Mobile Broadband USB Modem to transmit or receive such data.
