Optimization
Bandwidth Optimization enhances the connection to your company’s enterprise network; it is a combination of data compression, TCP/IP optimization, and caching. This can result in a two to five times improvement in your perceived system speed, depending on your applications.
To display the Optimization settings menu, select Menu > Settings > Optimization. Then check or uncheck the available options to select your image compression setting:
Enable Optimization Client – To enable Bandwidth Optimization, place a check mark in the check box designated Bandwidth Optimization On. When selected, the image compression software is enabled.
Note: The Bandwidth Optimization screen provides a visual display of the original image as well as an optimized version. You can choose from fastest (low quality) to highest quality by sliding the image compression bar up and down the scale (see image below.)
