If the paperpark facilitydoesnot appearto be workingcorrectly,checkthe following:

Check

Is the paper release lever in the * position?

Has the fanfoldpaper been

properlyparked?

Possibleremedy

Thepaperrelease Ievermustbe set to the * position afterthefanfoldpaperhas beenparked.

Makesurethatthe POWERindicatorcomes on flashing afterthe fanfoldpaperhaabeen parked.

If text is beingprinted all on one line, or with extra blanklines, checkthe following:

Check

Is the text alt on the same tie?

Is text being printed with extrablanklines?

Possible remedy

Carriage returns are not being expanded to cCR> +<LF>pairs. Checkthe DIP switch setting and correct.

Two line feeds arebeing printed.Makeyour software printjust acarriageretttrnor(if thisisnotpossible), set the AUTO LF to OFF with the DIP switch setting.

If thepagelengthandmarginsarenotwhatis expected,checkthefollowing:

Check

Is the printing starting too high or too low on the page?

Does the printer’s page lengthnotmatchthephysical page length?

Possibleremedy

Usethe Micro Feed functionto adjusttheprintposition relative to the page.

Use the DIP switch to setup the correctpage length, or use software commandsto do it.
