Selectsthe quietprintmode,in whichtheprinterprintseachlinein twopassesto reducethesoundofprinting.Youcanalsosetthequiet mode with the controlpanelbutton.

You can also cancelthe quietmode with the controlpanelbutton.

Sets the printer off-line. The printer disregards all subsequent charactersandcommandsexcept<DC1>,which~tums itto theon- line state.The printer’sONL indicatordoes not go off.
