NOTE: If the time is displayed as a 12-hour clock, the symbol AM or PM is displayed on the last row. For more information about the 12/24-hour clock, refer to chapter 3.2.6.

4.Change the minutes with the arrow buttons and press Suunto. The second selection is activated.

5.When you press the arrow down button, the seconds are zeroed. If you want to set specific seconds, press the arrow up button and the seconds start to increase. When the seconds setting is correct, press Suunto. You automatically return to the Function menu.

NOTE: When you set the seconds for time, they are automatically updated in the dual time as well.

NOTE: When you are setting the dual time, you can only set hours and minutes, the seconds are retrieved from the Time option.

3.2.4. Date

The date has three different formats: dd.mm, mm.dd or day. For more information about changing the format, refer to chapter 3.2.6.

Changing the date

To change the date:

1.In the Function menu, scroll to Date and press Suunto.

2.Change the value of the first active field (either day or month, depending on the format) with the arrow buttons and press Suunto. The second field is activated.

3.Change the value of the second field with the arrow buttons and press Suunto. The year selection is activated.

4.Change the year with the arrow buttons and press Suunto. (All the years mean the 21st century.) You automatically return to the Function menu.
