To ensure the maximum compatibility of the DVR with your flash drive, be sure to upgrade the DVR firmware to the latest version, available online. If the flash drive is not compatible, the unit will display the message “USB ERROR”. NOTE: Use your PC to format your USB flash drive to FAT32.
NOTE: You can backup up to 2GB of video data per USB backup. To backup more, simply repeat the process.
