LIMITATION OF WARRANTY
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN L IEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS
AND/OR REMEDIES UNDER THE LAW, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIO NS OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ORI GINAL OWNER’S SOLE
REMEDY WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCTS SHALL BE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE
PARTSUNDE RT HE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. ALL RIGHTS TO CONSEQUENTIAL OR
INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING CLAIMS FOR LOST SALES, LOST PRO FITS, PRODUCT LOSS,
PROPERTY DAMAGES OR SERVICEEXPENSES) ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. THE EXPRESS
WARRANTIES MADE IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY MAY NOT BE ALTERED, ENLARGED, OR CHANGED
BY ANY DISTRIBUTOR,DEALER, OR OTHER PERSON, WHATSOEVER.
LEGAL REMEDIES
The owner must notify Taylor in writing, by certified or registered letter to the following addres s, of any defect or
complaint with the Part, stating the defect or complaint and a specific request for repair, replacement, or other
correction of the Part under warranty, mailed at least thirty (30) days before pursuing any legal rights or remedies.
