Using the timers

The play timer

This timer starts play of the selected source at the selected time.

The example shows settings for preset radio channel 1 to play between 6:30 and 7:40 at j48 dB.

Preparation: Turn the unit on, set the time (á page 13), preset radio sta- tions if you want the timer to start playing the radio (á page 18).

1 ￿Press [CLOCK/TIMER] to select “.PLAY”.

Each time you press the button:

Press [SET] within 3 seconds.

2 Follow these steps to set items =￿to @.

￿Press [TUNING (X or W)] to select the condi- tion required and

The play timer is now on standby. The display shows each condition

3 Press [ê/I] to turn the unit off.

.PLAY/.REC indicator remains illuminated to show the play (or record) timer is on.
