Ingredients: 2 measures or 300 g rice (Basmatti or Thai), 400 ml chicken stock, 1 finely chopped onion, 50 g butter, salt.

Rinse the rice under running water. Place the butter, chopped onion, rice and chicken stock in the bowl. Season with salt. Stir well, Close the lid and switch on. The appliance will automatically switch over to keep warm after 16 mins 2 L 22 mins cooking.

Rinse the rice under running water. Cut the ham and mushrooms into small pieces. Place the olive oil, chopped onion, mushrooms, ham and rice in the bowl. Stir well. Add the chicken stock and season. Close the lid and switch on. The appliance will automatically switch over to keep warm after 16 mins 2 L 22 mins cooking. Serve with tomato sauce and parmesan cheese.
