LEDS
DCD - Data Carrier Detect (Inner LED)
LED will glow when the modem detects a valid carrier signal from a remote modem.
PWR - Power (Outer LED)
LED will glow to indicate when the modem is turned on. LED will be off when the modem is in power down mode.
