Is the blower impeller spinning? If so, check for blockages in or a collapsed air duct. Is the air boot shutter open adequately.

On the GMD,has 1 TDR activated and closed the output relay contacts?
If not, replace 1 TDR. On OMD, is the oil primary control receiving power? Reset primary control. If resetting the primary does not work, replace control.
Check wiring to burner motor. If okay, replace burner motor.
