(4) The warrantiesfrom TAIS are effective only if this LCD

U.S.A. orPuerto Rico.
(5) Removal and reinstallation ofproduct that is mounted
in
such amanneras to impede normal service
is
notcovered under these warranties. This includes
wall mounts, custom cabinets and otherinstallation
methodsthat do not provide for direct and immediate
accessto the product for service purposes. Labor
service chargesfor set installation, setup, adjustment
of
customercontrols, and installation or repair
of
antenna,
satellite orcable systems are not covered by this limited
warranty.
(6) Reception orother problems caused by inadequate
antenna systems, misaligned satellite dishes, improperly
installed cable drops
or
usewith non-standard signals
orsources are your responsibility and are not covered
by this limited warranty.
(7) This limited warranty is void ifthe product
is
used
outside the range
of
the temperature (heat/cold) andl
ormoisture operating conditions as outlined
in
the
product's specification listed
in
the Easy setup guide,
orif the product is exposed to excessive smoke, dust,
orother airborne contaminants or environmental
conditions.
(8) Warranties extend onlyto defects
in
materials or
workmanship as limited above, and
do
notextend to
any LCD TV/DVD Combination
or
parts that have been
lost ordiscarded by you or to damage to the LCD TVI
DVD Combination orparts caused by fires, misuse,
abuse, accident, Acts
of
God (such as lightning or
fluctuations
in
electric power), improperinstallation,
impropermaintenance, or use
in
violation ofinstructions
furnished by TAIS; use ormalfunction through
simultaneous use
of
this LCDTV/DVD Combination
and connected equipment; orto units that have been
modified orhad the serial number removed, altered,
defaced, orrendered illegible.
(9) Product purchased "AS-IS" or "With known faults,
defectsor problems" are not covered by this limited
warranty.
(10) Product previously owned
or
registered byaconsumer
and resold
is
notcovered by this limited warranty.
(11) Productthat is refurbished and resold
is
notcovered
underthis limited warranty.
