Using the V-CHIP control feature

Some TV programs and movies include signals that classify the content of the program (violence, sex, dialog, language). The V-CHIP (parental) control feature detects the signals and blocks the programs according to your selections.

Opening the V-CHIP CONTROL menu

1 Press MENU until the Setup menu is displayed.

If the wrong PIN code is entered, the message “Incorrect PIN Code” appears. Enter the code again.

If you cannot remember the PIN code you stored, while in the PIN code entering mode, press RECALL four times within

5 seconds. The PIN code you stored will be returned to factory reset status.
