Add a Note

Defines the name of the document that you are attempting to fax.

Provides a page count of the fax document.

Enables you to select the type of destination for this fax. The three options are Local file, Mailbox, or Phone number.

Depending on which Destination Type was selected, this field defines the fax number, mailbox number, or file name.

Enables you to browse for a path/directory where you can store the TIF file, or to peruse the Stratagy ES user directory for a destination mailbox number.

Adds the defined destination to the list for distribution.

Removes the highlighted destination from the list.

Enables you to select a previously created list to the distribution.

Saves the currently defined list entries as a distribution list.

Provides the bottom portion of the screen where destination information can be defined.

Enables you to schedule the fax for future delivery.

Sends the fax to the defined destinations.

Defines destination information (such as a recipients name, company, phone number, etc.). This information appears on the cover page.

Provides a text box where comments can be written and added to the cover page.
