Change User Options
StratagyES provides a number of special options to improve time management and
productivity (menu shown below). For example, the DND feature can provide blocks
of time for meetings or projects uninterrupted by the ringing of a telephone.
Important!
•If you do not hear all the options for this menu, they may not be configured for your
mailbox or system. Please ask your System Administrator to verify which user
options are available to you.
•If the DND, Call Screening or busy greeting features do not function after you have
enabled them, contact your System Administrator. These features can only operate
if StratagyES performs as the Automated Attendant (AA) and your telephone
system or telephone may be performing that function instead.
From the Main Menu:
Manage Mailbox
From the Manage Mailbox Menu:
Change User Options
Change Do Not Disturb (On/Off)
Change Call Screening (On/Off)
Change Security Code
Select Busy Greeting (toggle)
Record Busy Greeting
Record your Name
Change message Notification
Set Automatic Message Copy
Review Option Settings
