Connecting to a device equipped with HDMI input

This player is compatible with 480i/480p/720p/1080i signals.

1 Connect HDMI equipment to the HDMI terminal of this player.

2 Press MODE repeatedly so that “HDMI” appears on the LCD.

The LCD is ready to display pictures from the equipment connected to the player.

• Refer to the owner’s manual of the connected equipment as

• When you connect the player to other equipment, be sure to

 

 

turn off the power and unplug all of the equipment from the

 

 

wall outlet before making any connections.

 

HDMI is an evolving technology, so it is possible that some

 

 

devices may not operate properly with this player.

 

If you place the player near a tuner or radio, the radio

 

 

broadcast sound might be distorted. In this case, place the

 

 

player away from the tuner and radio.

 

• The output sound of the player has a wide dynamic range.

 

 

Be sure to adjust the receiver’s volume to a moderate

 

 

listening level. Otherwise, the speakers may be damaged by
