INTRODUCTION  The TurboChef C3/C oven utilizes two independent heat transfer mec hanisms in order to rapidly cook food.  
The systems are as follows:  Convection and Microwave energy.  By com bining these mechanisms and 
with our ability to control each mechanism independently, we are able to reduc e the cook time of most 
foods by 70%-90%.   
For the purpose of this manual we will identify each independent heat transf er mechanism individually. For 
instance, if an oven is experiencing difficulties browning the food, you know to f ocus on the Convection 
Circuit not the Microwave System. If an oven is browning the food but not heat ing the food, you will know to 
focus on the Microwave System.   
The following block diagram represents the oven’s different system s and their critical components.   If you 
are experiencing problems with any of the components listed below, pleas e turn to the appropriate section.
