Control Identification & Operation – The Bottom Oven

The bottom oven is both a natural and convection oven that provides uniform cooking throughout the oven. Precise analog control knobs provide ease of use when choosing from the five cook modes, while the display screen shows additional cooking information. The bottom oven can also be used as a proofing oven or warming drawer.

Display Screen

Displays the oven and meat probe temperature, as well as the timer information.

Oven Mode Dial

Turn to choose the cook mode. For a list of cook modes, see page 24.

Temperature Dial

Turn to set the oven temperature.

Set Timer Knob

Use to set the timer.

1.Press knob to extend.

2.Turn knob to set timer.

3.Press knob back into original position.

Timer does not begin counting down until knob is pressed back into position.

Lock Key

When the door is locked, a graphic () appears on the screen. Hold for 3 seconds to engage/ disengage the door lock.

NOTE: Simultaneously press the Lock and View key for 3 seconds to engage Sabbath Mode.

View Key

Press to toggle between the oven temperature, meat probe temperature, or timer in the primary display position on the screen.

Oven Light Switch

Press to illuminate bottom cook cavity.
