Condenser Cleaning
Interval - Every Three Months
To maintain operational efficiency, keep the front grille free of dust and lint, and clean the condenser every three months. Depending on environmental conditions, more or less frequent cleaning may be necessary.
WARNING
Disconnect electric power to the unit before cleaning the condenser.
WARNING
DO NOT touch the condenser fins. The condenser fins are SHARP and can be easily damaged.
IMPORTANT
DO NOT use any type of cleaner on the condenser unit.
CO29 Condenser:
1. Disconnect power to the unit.

2.Remove the control knob (Figure 8, 1) by pulling it straight out, away from grille.
3.Remove two screws from grille (Figure 8, 2) and save.
4.Remove grille and grille cap from unit.

5.Clean the condenser coil (Figure 9, 1) using a using a soft brush with a “combing” action or vacuum cleaner. Do not touch the condenser coil.

6.Make sure grille cap is behind grille in slots provided in grille (Figure 10, 1) before attaching grille to unit, and secure but do not overtighten both grille screws (Figure 10, 2).
7.Reinstall the control knob (Figure 8, 1).
8.Reconnect power to the unit.
CO75 condenser:
1. Disconnect power to the unit.

2.Remove control knob by pulling it straight out, away from grille (Figure 11, 1).
3.Loosen and remove screw (Figure 11, 2).
4.Tilt top of grille forward and remove.
