1.Press MENU. From the MARINE MENU screen, use ▲ or ▼ to select the FIPS option. The screen displays FIPS Codes and lets you select Add or Exit.

Note: You can find your area FIPS codes and other valuable data from http://www.nws.noaa.gov/nwr/indexnw.htm. or by telephone at 1-888-NWR-SAME [1-888-697-7263]

.Once you locate the code for your county or area, use ▲ or ▼ until the correct number appears on the screen then press ENTER to select it. Repeat this for all six digits.

3.Enter all the codes you wish, then move to EXIT and ENTER to select it. The radio returns to the MARINE MENU screen.

4.Press MENU again to return to the marine mode. Note: You can add up to 20 FIPS codes to your radio.
