Speakerphone Volume Control

The speakerphone volume is adjusted in the same way that the handset volume is adjusted when the speakerphone is in use. Refer to “Handset Volume Control” on page 25.

The speakerphone can only be adjusted if the headset is not plugged in.

Ringer Volume Control

To change the ringer volume:

With the telephone on-hook, press (increase) or (decrease) to adjust the volume. The volume of the ringer changes as the keys are pressed.

If no activity is detected for 2.5 seconds, the volume setting screen disappears and returns the LCD to the original display and the volume setting is saved.
