100Warranty

Please consult the operating instructions contained in the Owner’s Guide furnished with the product for information regarding user controls.

3.ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY NOT PROVIDED HEREIN, AND ANY REMEDY WHICH, BUT FOR THIS PROVISION, MIGHT ARISE BY IMPLICATION OR OPERATION OF LAW, IS HEREBY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED. 7.In the event of any dispute under this limited warranty, jurisdiction and venue for resolving that dispute will be in the state where the television was purchased and the laws of such state will govern. In no event shall Mitsubishi have any liability, includ- ing with out limitation, for general, consequential, incidental, or special damages for loss, destruction, damage or corruption of recorded data, media or software resulting from use of this television, or cost of recovery of lost data, media or software therefore.
