7.33 Storage management setting

Currently it’s for local storage (SD, CF card)

Group: disk_i<0~(n-1)>n is the total number of storage devices. (capability.storage.dbenabled > 0)

autocleanup_enabled	<boolean>	0	6/6	Enable automatic clean up method.
				Expired and not locked media files will
				be deleted.
autocleanup_maxage	<positive	7	6/6	To specify the expired days for
	integer>			automatic clean up.
