Whole Grain Waffles |

1½ cups Reduced Fat milk | 1 large Egg, lightly beaten |
¾ cup | 2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil |
½ cup | 3 tsp. Baking Powder |
½ cup Whole Wheat Flour | ¼ tsp. Salt |
1.In a large bowl, mix together flours, oats, baking powder and salt.
2.In a separate bowl, stir together milk, vegetable oil and egg.
3.Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients until large lumps disappear. Don't over mix.
4.Pour about ¾ cup of waffle batter into the preheated waffle maker and cook until steam no longer escapes and the waffle is golden brown.
