NOTE: Two AA batteries (not included) power the remote control. Replace batteries after 6 months of use, or when the remote control starts to lose power. Be sure to install batteries with correct polarity.

To turn the air conditioner on or off:

Press POWER ON/OFF.

To raise the temperature:

Press and hold the up arrow button to raise the temperature 1ºF (0.56ºC) until it reaches 86ºF (30ºC).

To lower the temperature:

Press and hold the down arrow button to lower the temperature 1ºF (0.56ºC) until it reaches 64ºF (18ºC).

To select the mode:

Press AUTO COOL, COOL, FAN ONLY, or POWER SAVER.

Auto Cool - fan speed is adjusted automatically.

Fan Only - fan speed is set to Turbo only.

Cool or Power Saver - fan speed can be adjusted.

To select the fan speed (Cool or Power Saver mode only):

Press TURBO, HIGH or LOW.

To set Timer for a 1- to 24-hour delay before air conditioner turns on (air conditioner must be Off):

1.Press TIMER.

2.Press the up arrow button to change the delay time from 1 to 24 hours.

3.Press TIMER or wait 10 seconds.

To set Timer for a 1- to 24-hour delay before air conditioner turns off (air conditioner must be On):

1.Press TIMER.

2.Press the up arrow button to change delay time from 1 to 24 hours.

3.Press TIMER or wait 10 seconds.

Changing Air Direction

Roll the wheel up or down to direct the air left or right. Use the tab to move the whole cartridge to direct air up, down or straight ahead.
