Troubleshooting Assistance Guide

This section helps you troubleshoot common issues you may encounter with your thermostat. If you encounter a problem that you do not see listed here, contact Customer Service toll free at 1-888-232-5949.

Thermostat Display		Display is Blank.
		The thermostat gets its power from the indoor air handler, or if gas furnace from a 120 volt
		outlet. If these have power, call Customer Service toll free at 1-888-232-5949.
		Time is not Correct.
		Wait for about one minute after power interruption for the system to reset the time. If the
		time is still not correct after several minutes, set the time manually as described on page 9.
