Assemble Loader Valve Hoses
1. Attach 90° ends of hoses (21) to IN, OUT and PBY
ports of the loader valve.
2. Connec t loader valve OUT hose to fittings in the
hydraulic manifold RETURN port.
3. Connec t loader valve IN hose to fittings in the
hydraulic manifold PRESSURE port.
4. Attach ada pter (C), yellow band (M), and female
quick coupler (H) to end of PBY hose (Figure 30).

21. 57847 Hose, 48” x 3/4 JICF x 3/4 JICF

Assemble Backhoe Valve Hoses
1. Attach yel low band (M) and male quick coupler (J) to
one 100” hose (Q).
2. Attach ho se to backhoe valve IN port.
3. Attach elb ow (E), red band (N), and female quick
coupler (H) to second 100” hose (Q).
4. Attach ho se to backhoe valve OUT port.
5. Route hos es (Q) thr oug h gui de s on sub-fram e weld-
ment.
6. Secu re hoses with nylon ties every 20”.
7. Install d ecal #56139 to right tractor fender.
